Marsha’s 14 years in the investment banking industry and 8 years in real estate means she knows how critical a flawless signing process is to a successful real estate closing or loan modification agreement. Her passion for people led her to establish Concierge Signing Service in 2020 in order to serve the people her clients serve. With a great attention to detail, a thorough understanding of loan document requirements from various states, and a patient spirit that’s willing to educate the signer along the way, Marsha’s mission is to empower escrow officers to close deals quickly and efficiently through a trusted partnership with the right notary for the right job.
